Rachel Schwartz is a Senior Vice President at RRD Search, a premier Retained Executive Search firm, where she specializes in recruiting talent in the public relations, corporate communications and marketing fields. Her clients include leading Fortune 500 companies and top public relations agencies.

She joined RMI in July 2004 following 10-years at Executive Search and Management consultancy, Arnold Huberman & Associates. While there, she built a successful practice working for many of the countries leading PR firms, media companies, sports organizations and major US corporations.

Ms. Schwartz also has a very deep and experienced career working at several of the nation’s top public relations agencies in the areas of media relations, consulting, crisis communications, event planning and strategy. She has worked at a senior level at such agencies as Cohn & Wolfe, Howard Rubenstein & Associates and Dan Klores Public Relations.

Ms. Schwartz began her career as an assistant in the public relations department of Manhattan Cable TV. She attended the Indiana University School of Journalism and received her B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut. She lives in Redding, Connecticut and is a die-hard Yankee fan.
